We met today with Barry (the owner) and Matt (our planner) from Wesson Builders to discuss the next steps in our project, to look at the schedule, and to finalize some of our requirements. These included paint colors, the shower configuration, location of grab bars, knobs and drawer pulls, closet organizers, how to hide the old floor-mounted heating vents, and the design wall for Lynda’s quilt studio.
There are probably 4 weeks left in the project. Some days that seems like a lot of time. On other days, usually when the builder needs decisions from us, we wish we had more time.
While our discussions took place, the drywallers were completing their work, getting ready for the painters to arrive tomorrow.
